The Problem
Last year, I had a GI issue and needed to review my meal history. But the popular app I was using wouldn’t let me export my own data. Support finally sent me a raw file — completely unstructured and unusable.
I gave up and began manually logging in Google Sheets. Since updating on-the-go was hard, I started saving notes in a WhatsApp draft chat. That didn’t last long — it was frustrating and clunky.
The Solution
So I built Track Monk — a simple way to log meals and workouts just by texting on WhatsApp, Telegram, or the web. No apps. No forms. Just a conversation.
Everything is saved in a structured, searchable format you actually control and can use.
Building in Public
I shared it with friends and my newsletter 10+1 Things. The interest was real. I’ve been on my own health journey, so building this felt personal and necessary.
While there are hundreds of health apps built by massive corporations, Track Monk stands apart. It's tailored for people like me — especially when you don’t eat traditional Western meals and just want something simple.
There’s no VC funding or big team here — just me, building in public and sharing as I go.

Track Monk is now in private beta — completely free. I'd love your feedback.
